Our Discovery Process
Our team offers proven processes that we have defined and live by. Learning more about our programs include the following steps to define the work scope, process, methods, resources and fees required to achieve your growth objectives.
Free Discovery Meeting
Call or sit down with an Insight team member for a mutual interview. Share your organization, its challenges, and opportunities for the next stage growth. We also share our offerings in each the Passion, Strategy, Collaboration, and Process service areas and together, we determine what is relevant to your needs.

Engagement Letter
As a result of the objectives set in the Discovery Meeting, we will develop an Engagement Letter to address your needs. The following components are included in the proposal:
- Work objectives and scope
- Work plan, methods and estimated timeline
- Fees, terms and services by phase
Commitment and Approval
When reviewing the engagement letter, we will meet again about the details and answer your questions. We will assure that the steps and timing work with your team to achieve the goals recognized in the Discovery Meeting phase.
Kickoff
After approval, we will develop a more specific project timeline to present to your organization's team members in a kickoff meeting. We will provide the plan, roles, checklists and introduce the tools that will be utilized during the work plan.
